Pic's provided are typical of a blemish but some might not be as severe
stove will carry the full manufacturer’s warranty – one year on electrical components, and a 5-year warranty on the stove shell & cast iron door, Labor not included. Some stoves could have blemish(es) which are not covered by the warranty. Every effort is made at the factory during the refurbishing process to ensure that any blemishes are as indistinct as possible. These are used stoves so some residue and some rust may be present on the heavy metal burn chamber inside stove, it will burn off as your fire up and use the stove.
Best to do a test start on stove, load about 5-10 lbs pellets push on button check to see if everything works, it you get an E code on control board call tech support number in owners manual.

Thermostat can be hooked up to stove it will only run stove on Hi/lo range and will not cut stove on / off   No ash pan, but it collects along both sides of burn pot for easy scoop out, or when cooled vacuumed
