    Description

Offering this large double sided folding map of Budapest, Hungary.
It is an original vintage map and guide to the city, from the 1930s.
Sadly, a lot of the places shown on the map were destroyed in bombings during World War II.  Which makes this an extremely good resource for anyone interested in what the beautiful European cities PRE-WAR had to offer earlier in the 20th century.
It's mainly in English, obviously for tourists and other visitors to the city.  See photos for all the places pictured in the map/guide.
Produced by the Municipal Information Office in Budapest.
Size:  about 19 x 32-1/2 inches when opened, folds to about 4 inches x 8-1/2 inches
Condition:  Very good; but the fold (see main photo) is off center and there are splits/hole in 4 of the seams. I don't believe it was used in the past, or if so, very little, so the holes are just from the opening, not from overly using it.
